Terms of Use
Conditions for using Instant Admirers.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the reference version.
1. Owner and acceptance
Instant Admirers is a service of Hidalgo Entertaiment, Tax ID B45656595, with address at Calle Ancha, 6, Seville, Spain. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
2. Minimum age: 18
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use registered features. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or delete accounts where there are reasonable grounds to believe they belong to minors.
3. Account
You must provide reasonably accurate information, protect your credentials, and not impersonate others. Do not share your password or use another person's account without authorisation. Notify vrmatch.es@gmail.com if you detect unauthorised access.
4. User content
You retain the rights you hold in content you publish. To operate the service, you grant Instant Admirers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, storing, reproducing, technically adapting, distributing within the service, and displaying that content according to your privacy settings and for as long as necessary to provide the platform. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary technical copies or retention required by law.
Do not publish content unless you have the right to do so.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, persistent abuse, or malicious disclosure of personal data.
- Hate, discrimination, or incitement to violence against protected people or groups.
- Exploitation, abuse, sexualisation, or grooming of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sextortion, sexually manipulated material, or sexual violence.
- Pornography or explicit sexual content in this version of the service.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, or unauthorised access.
- Spam, bots, abusive automation, or artificial manipulation of engagement.
- Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property, honour, privacy, image rights, or other third-party rights.
6. Moderation
We may remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend, or close accounts when these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law are violated. Decisions may take into account context, severity, risk, repeat behaviour, and other relevant factors. We aim to apply restrictions objectively and proportionately.
7. Reports and potentially illegal content
You can use the Report tool or email vrmatch.es@gmail.com. For legal notices, clearly identify the content, its location, the reason, and the information necessary to assess it. We may request additional information.
8. Recommendations
The “For You” section and other suggestions may use signals such as interests, followed accounts, likes, comments, saved items, mutual connections, popularity, and content age. These features rank or recommend content; they do not make decisions that produce legal effects for the user.
9. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings. Instant Admirers may also suspend or close accounts in accordance with these Terms. Where reasonably possible, moderation measures may be reviewed through the contact channel.
10. Availability and changes
The service may evolve, add or remove features, and experience temporary interruptions. Permanent or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Each user is responsible for their content and conduct. Instant Admirers is not responsible for acts of third parties except where provided by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law, while respecting mandatory consumer and user protection rules where applicable.
