Privacy Policy
How we process personal data on Instant Admirers.
This English version is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the reference version.

2. Data we process
Depending on the features used, we may process:
- Account data: name, username, email, and password stored as a hash.
- Profile data: photo, cover image, bio, location, website, interests, and privacy settings.
- User-generated content: posts, photos, videos, Stories, comments, messages, and reposts.
- Social relationships: followers, friendships, requests, blocks, and mutes.
- Interactions: likes, saved items, views, mentions, activity, and signals used for recommendations.
- Security and moderation data: reports, restrictions, suspensions, and administrative actions.
- Technical and security data, such as identifiers derived from the IP address, browser type, device, date/time, access attempts, and events necessary to prevent abuse and fraud and maintain the service.
- First-party campaign attribution: when a person arrives through a campaign link, we may associate that campaign with their registration and aggregate visits, challenge starts, and sharing actions to measure the launch. This measurement does not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Public nature of certain data
Depending on account settings, your name, username, photo, bio, posts, followers, or other interactions may be visible to other users or, in certain cases, publicly. Private-account, blocking, and visibility options can limit some of this exposure.
5. Providers and international transfers
Instant Admirers currently uses Render Services, Inc. for application hosting and PostgreSQL. The service may involve processing in the United States. Render publishes a data processing agreement and international-transfer mechanisms, including safeguards for transfers subject to the GDPR. The provider list will be updated if new relevant processors are added.
6. Retention
Data is retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. When a user deletes their account, associated active records are deleted according to the platform's operation, without prejudice to data that must be retained temporarily for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or technical backup and provider log cycles.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise your rights, email vrmatch.es@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Minimum age
Instant Admirers is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account if you are under 18. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account belongs to a minor, we may request additional information and suspend or delete the account.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including password hashing, access controls, HTTPS, blocking and moderation features, and infrastructure security measures. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated because of legal, technical, or functional changes. When a change is material, users will be informed appropriately within the service or by other reasonable means.
